The new President – who mentioned that Alexandros Samaras had announced his decision to step down several months ago – thanked Mr. Samaras for his invaluable contribution to the College during the period 2006-2017.  “During this period,” Mr. Tsavliris said, “a period, for the College, of exceptional achievements across the board, the College’s prestige as a Center of Educational Excellence on an international scale was confirmed and further strengthened.  The new Board of Directors – whose members, for many years, were close associates of Alexandros Samaras in overseeing HAEF – will continue this work with the vision and values of the College’s Founding Fathers forever serving as a compass-guide.”
