Here below follows a letter regarding the measles outbreak from HAEF’s pediatrician, Dr. A. Makris:

“Dear Parents,

In recent week, many European countries (Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Romania, and others) have experienced a serious measles epidemic.  Specifically, during 2016-2017, across Europe, there were more than 14,000 cases reported and 43 deaths.

In Greece, according to the Hellenic Center for Disease Control & Prevention (KEELPNO or HCDCP), up through September 21, 2017, 166 cases of measles have been recorded and there is a risk of the disease spreading.
