Field Trips

Kindergarten students participate in educational programs offered by museums and archaeological sites, attend children’s theatrical performances, and borrow replicas from museums.  Each month, there is one off-campus field trip as well as one on-campus activity.  Every activity relates to the children’s interests and complements each section’s Project as well as the Artist of the Month.
The key objectives of the field trips are:
  • To familiarize students with works of art, museums, and our cultural heritage through experiential activities;
  • To make visits a pleasant experience tailored to the needs and capabilities of the students, so that they acquire a positive attitude towards museums and one day become savvy visitors to places of cultural interest;
  • To help them develop observation, research and comprehension skills as they regard both natural and artificial objects;
  • To help them cultivate their cultural and spiritual identity.
