Professional Development

The School’s Professional Development programs for teachers aspire:
To keep them abreast of new developments in their respective disciplines, as well as in general matters regarding teaching methodology, pedagogy, psychology and counseling.  Each year, the Professional Development programs aim to reach as many teachers as possible.  An important practice used for teachers’ continuous education is that of classroom visits and peer observations.  Teachers sit in on colleagues’ lessons, either from the same department or from another, affording them an opportunity to exchange ideas on didactic practices and strategies to reach all students
