The Three English Programs of the Inter-School English Department

•          ENL (English as a Native Language) – ENL classes are for students who are from English language backgrounds or who have native-like fluency

•          ESL (English as a Second Language)  – ESL classes are for students who have an aptitude for language learning and have some degree of fluency

•          EFL (English as a Foreign Language) – EFL classes are for students who are learning English as a foreign language and need carefully sequenced and structured teaching of specific language items
