In 1980, a new school, Psychico College, was established as part of The Hellenic-American Educational Foundation. Headed by the philologist Markos Kinigos as Principal, the new school was initially housed in the Davis and Lila Halls, on the Psychico campus, and later expanded to include the Tsolainou Hall.

In 1995-1996, the Psychico College Elementary School moved from Psychico to Kantza, in the Latsio School, donated by the I. Latsis family.

In 1999/2000, the Psychico College Middle and High Schools began operation on the Psychico campus. Introduced to Athens College in 1996, the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) was transferred to the Psychico College High School program beginning in the 2000/2001 school year.
