Parents Meetings
At the beginning of the school year, a special orientation meeting is held in order to acquaint the parents of new students with the School’s main features, institutions and operating procedures. Special meetings involving parents, Faculty members and representatives of the School’s Counseling Office are also organized in order to discuss students’ specific learning, emotional or social difficulties.
Weekly Parent-Teacher Meetings
Parents may meet with faculty members at specific times and on specific days during the week, as reflected in a schedule created and mailed at the beginning of the school year.

Student Report Card Meeting
At the end of each term, parents receive the student report cards, meet with their children’s teachers and discuss the students’ performance and progress.
Special Meetings
The school Administration organizes special meetings among parents, Faculty members and representatives of the school Counseling Office to discuss the students’ special skills, needs or difficulties in their learning, emotional, social or other facets of their development.
Special Parents Update
Parents are informed by phone or in writing:
- In the event of a student’s unexcused absence.
- In the event of a student’s recurring disciplinary problems.
- In the event of a student’s recurring neglect of homework assignments.
Students are not to call their parents during the course of the school day. In the event of an emergency, students should seek assistance from the Assistant Principal’s or Administration Office.
