General High School / International Baccalaureate
The Psychico College General High School (Lykeion) has been operating since academic year 1999-2000.  The International Baccalaureate Programme, first introduced in 1996 under the umbrella of Athens College, joined Psychico College High School in September 2000.

The High School is housed in Benaki Hall whilst the International Baccalaureate Programme is housed in the I.B. Building (formerly ΚΘΕ), both on the Psychico campus.  The Library, the College Theater, Choremi Theater and the athletic facilities of the Hellenic-American Educational Foundation (HAEF) are also utilized by the two units for educational purposes.

Middle School
The Middle School of Psychico College has been in operation since academic year 1999-2000, occupying the Vasilia and Glafka Halls on the Psychico campus.  Additionally, the Library, the College Theater and the athletic facilities of the HAEF are also used.

Elementary School
The Elementary School of Psychico College has been in operation since 1980.  Up until 1995 it occupied the Davis, Lila and Tsolainou Halls on the Psychico campus.  With the onset of academic year 1995-1996, the Elementary School moved from Psychico to Kantza where it has since been housed in the Latsio School donated by the Ioannis Latsis family.
