The College’s professional
development program for teachers aspires:
To keep them abreast of all new developments with regard to their
area of expertise as well as more general areas of didactic
practice, pedagogy, psychology and counseling.
Each year’s program aims to reach as many teachers as
possible. Another method
used for teachers’ continuous education is the practice of Class
Visits. Teachers sit in
on colleague’s lessons (either from the same department or from
another), thus affording them the opportunity to exchange ideas on
matters concerning teaching methodology and how to best approach
students.
