2nd Concert - Dedication to Beethoven

2020 marks the 250th anniversary since the birth of one of the greatest composers of all time, Ludwig van Beethoven.

As part of the long tradition of Athens College in the cultivating its students’ music education, the Music Department is celebrating this anniversary by organizing a Classical Music Festival, with four separate concerts during academic year 2019-2020.

Distinguished Greek soloists, teachers from our School’s Music Department and the College Conservatory, students and alumni will perform some of Beethoven’s most important works.

Following the very successful first concert, held in October in the College Theater, the second concert – tribute is scheduled as follows:
