College Students Accepted into Leading Universities Abroad

One hundred eighty three (183) Athens College and Psychico College (General High School & IB) students sat exams during academic year 2018-209 for admission into universities abroad, scoring huge successes. Of those 183, 81 (44.3%) were enrolled in the General High School program, whilst 102 (55.7%) in the IB.


Graduates enrolling in foreign universities will attend institutions of higher education as follows:


128 (69.9%) in the United Kingdom
40 (21.9%) in the United States
8 (4.4%) in Italy
2 (1.1%) in Greece

2 (1.1%) in Cyprus
1 (0.5%) in Switzerland
1 (0.5%) in the United Arab Emirates
1 (0.5%) in The Netherlands



Specifically for the U.K., 92 students (71.9% of those admitted into universities in the U.K.) were offered seats in their first choice university.

United Kingdom:  University of Cambridge, City University, Durham, Imperial College London, Kings College London, London School of Economics and Political Science, Queen Mary University, University College London, Nottingham, University of Bristol;


Italy: Bocconi University;


Dubai, UAE:  Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management;


Switzerland: Les Roches University.
