Application for Extraordinary Financial Assistance due to Pandemic

Parents who have been financially affected by the COVID-19 crisis may, if they so wish, apply for extraordinary assistance to meet payment of the 3rd installment of tuition fees by completing the special form found here.


All applications and supporting documents will be reviewed by a Special Committee and will receive an answer by Friday, June 19, 2020 at the latest.


Supporting documents that must be submitted:


  1. Τhe fully completed special application form.
  2. The latest income tax clearance certificate (showing income of both spouses, where applicable for tax year 2018, or fiscal year 2019, if it has been filed.
  3. A copy of the special compensation form or telecommunication form for (a) employees who were suspended from work and (b) businesses or self-employed individuals affected by the state-required suspension of businesses, or those significantly affected by the States mandated measures and protected by the State due to the pandemic.(In situation (b), the industry and CAD business code must be included)
  4. Any other official document in support of the application for extraordinary financial assistance.

The deadline to submit the application form and supporting documents is Friday, May 29, 2020.  Application forms submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
