Athens College High School Students Commended for their Short Film on “The Holocaust and Greek Jews”

Dimitrios Kasmas and Georgios Kontodinas, Athens College High School Sophomores (10th gr), were awarded an “HONORABLE MENTION” for their work, “The Rose,” in the student short film competition on “The Holocaust and Greek Jews.”  The theme of the competition was the World War II Holocaust, with particular reference to Greek Jews. Through their work, students were asked to express their thoughts and feelings on the subject, as well as to reflect on its importance and relevance in today’s world.
