European Association of Teachers Awards Our Students

The Award Ceremony for the 38th PanHellenic (66th PanEuropean) Student Competition, organized by the Europe at School Committee, was held on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at the Cultural Center of the Municipality of Athens.


The competition, held under the auspices of the European Union’s European Association of Teachers, is open to elementary school 5th and 6th graders, as well as all junior high and high school students from schools within and outside of Greece - that is, all schools of the diaspora.


The theme of the competition was “Culture as a Medium of Reconciliation and Acceptance of Peoples’ Diversity.”  Academic year 2018-19 6th grade students represented our School, by presenting a multimedia application that they created together with their classroom teacher, Mr. I. Triafiatis, and their computer teacher, Ms. P. Leli.


Attending the ceremony were our School’s Director, Mr. Loukas Zachos, Deputy Director, Mr. Pantelis Antoniou, along with the teachers and students who were awarded.
