Psychico College High School’s three-member team, comprised of IB1 students Mikaela Zafet, Aikaterini Loupasaki-Chrysostomou and Achilleas-Heylap Savvidis, took first place in the local round of the European Union Science Olympiad – EUSO 2019 that was held on December 8, 2018 at the Natural Science Laboratory Center (E.K.F.E) in Chalandri.  This win qualifies them to compete in the PanHellenic round that will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2019.

The two Greek schools that place at the top of PanHellenic competition will then represent Greece at the 17th European Union Science Olympiad – EUSO 2019 that will be held in Almada, Portugal from the 4th to the 11th of May, 2019.

Congratulations to our students, to the teachers who coached them (G. Diplaris, D. Kontostavlaki and Z. Nomikou) and to the entire Psychico College Natural Sciences Department!
